The Health Pod x CoWorking Spaces

WHAT IS THE HEALTH POD?

 

In person or online, 1:1 consultation or group workshop, to discuss how to improve the general health of the employees to improve workplace functionality. 

 

HOW WOULD THE HEALTH POD BE HELD?

 

The Health Pod can be held on a one - off basis or as a recurring “monthly” event so there is consistency for attendees and members will know it’s “The Health Pod Day”.

 

1:1 sessions could be held as a drop in or a pre booked session held in an office space or online and a day rate charged to the Co Working Space or as a private session to a Member of the Co Working Space.  Each session would be 30 minutes and all sessions would be held in the strictest privacy.

 

Workshop sessions can be booked in advance by the co working space or by an company within the space, for a group of individuals or as a team event, in person at an office workspace or online.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE 1:1 CONSULTATION?

 

As a prebooked 1:1 consultation - The Health Pod attendee would be sent a questionnaire to fill out to be sent back 24 hours prior to the booking. This will provide information, before the booking as to the attendee’s current health and also any concerns they are wanting to discuss on the day. 

 

As a drop in 1:1 consultation – this would be the same as the pre booked session available on the day booked at a time convenient to the individual if there is availability. This would not be as in depth a session but could be for individuals to ask questions before deciding on whether a prebooked session is needed.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE WORKSHOP/GROUP SESSIONS?

 

As a workshop – The Health Pod would be a tailored to how employee health can be improved.  This would start as a general discussion on Health within the company, how to improve the health of employees on a daily basis, how improvements in health can benefit working conditions and advice on how daily nutrition, movement and lifestyle choices can be improved and implemented to increase productivity, loyalty, energy and focus within the workplace. 

 

Followed by a Q&A session. These could be submitted before the workshop or during the workshop. These sessions can be carried out within a workspace or online.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SESSION?

 

Attendees would be sent notes covering what was discussed, with suggestions on how to start their health journey.

 

IS THERE AN OPTION TO WORK FURTHER WITH YOU?

 

Follow up 1:1 sessions can be booked either at the expense of the individual, the employer or the co working space. A 1:1 guided health programme with me, would be created, to help them reach their health goals and deal with their health issues and concerns.

 

Follow up workshops could be booked or another similar workshop can be booked for other co workers to attend who were unable to attend on the day.

 

HOW WOULD MEMBERS KNOW ABOUT THE HEALTH POD?

 

This could be advertised through email, flyers or calender events through a co working space’s internal website.

 

HOW DO YOU BOOK?

 

Directly through Nina Divall Health Website booking system or directly through myself via email or phone.

 

WHAT THE HEALTH POD ISN’T

 

The Health Pod is not a replacement for a medical appointment where medical advice is given.

 

There will be no medicines given or advice given on medically related issues. 

 

If any issues raised are deemed more of a medical issue the attendee will be advised prior to or at the session.

 

The advice given at The Health Pod is purely as a guidance to improve the health of the attendee using natural and practical approaches.
